CSR Board

 State Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters


This board consists of five members, all of whom are certified shorthand reporters, and appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.  Their duties include administering the CSR exam, review and approval of continuing education programs, and conducting disciplinary proceedings. All actions of the Board shall be supervised by the Supreme Court and be subject to approval by the Court.

CSR Board Opening

1. Pursuant to 20 O.S. §1501, the State Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters seeks a Court Reporter to fill the position of Discipline Chair on the Board of Examiners effective September 11, 2025. The Discipline Chair’s term ends on June 30, 2029. All members are appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Applicants shall be a certified shorthand reporter and a resident of the State of Oklahoma for at least five years, prior to appointment.
